Cheryl A. Wagner, 72, of Waterloo, passed away at her home on Friday, October 13th, 2023. A visitation will be held on Friday, October 20th, from 11AM - 1PM, with a service to immediately follow at Doran Funeral Home, 4 East Bayard St., Seneca Falls. Burial to follow at St. Columbkille Cemetery.
Cheryl was born in Seneca Falls, the daughter of the late William and Millicent (Cook) Mumford Sr. She worked for various companies in the area, her most recent being for the Waterloo Central School District as a bus monitor. Two of her biggest passions in life were NASCAR and NFL football; Dale Jarrett and the Buffalo Bills being who she rooted for. Cheryl also enjoyed being outdoors and liked to fish. She also loved to spend time with her grandkids and great-grandkids and also liked to frequent del Lago. She had a huge heart for animals, especially her dogs.
Cheryl is survived by her husband of over 25 years, David Wagner; son, William (Araceli) Donaldson; daughter, Kim (Scott) Snyder; grandchildren, Jazamine, Shelby, Michael, John, Noah; brothers, William (Darlene) Jr. and Michael (Carol) Mumford; and sister, Anna Nucci. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her daughter, Stephanie Donaldson; sister, Maryann O'Brien; and brother, Richard Mumford.
