Bayard St. Seneca Falls, NY, on Tuesday, March 1, 2016, 4PM - 6PM. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Andrea was born in Geneva, NY on August 14, 1991, the daughter of Charles Osterhout Jr, and Sandra Eckert. She loved playing with her children; they were her life. She enjoyed being with her family and friends. "She will be deeply missed until we meet again". Andrea is survived by: Her mother - Sandra Mander, Seneca Falls, NY 2 - daughters - McKenzie O'Donnell, Waterloo, NY Star Osterhout, Waterloo, NY 1 - Brother - Charles Osterhout III, Seneca Falls, NY 1 - Sister - Cassandra Osterhout, Newark, NY Her partner in life, Lee Guthrie, Clyde, NY.
