Angela C. May-Shatz

Waterloo: Angela May-Shatz, formerly of Seneca Falls and Clay, NY, passed away at Huntington Living Center in Waterloo, on Thursday, November 17th, 2022 with her family by her side. A Graveside service will be held on Monday, November 21st at 11 AM at Springbrook Cemetery in Seneca Falls. Angela was born in Manchester, England, the daughter of the late Arnold and Lily (Friede) May. She came to the United States and lived in various places in NY and CT, and eventually came to call Liverpool, NY, home. She worked for NY Mutual and retired from St. Joseph's Hospital in Syracuse. She was a member of the former Congregation Ner Tamid Temple in Liverpool. In her youth she was very involved in JLB Youth Group out of Manchester, England and was also a lifelong fan of Manchester United F.C. Angela had a very outgoing personality and loved to chat with anybody and everybody. She was known for her vast knowledge of everything and loved to play along while watching Jeopardy.

Survived by her daughter, Zoe (Mark) Adams; son, Marc (Kristen) Falk; eleven grandchildren, Derek, Leah, Jaden, Aaliyah, Terrell, Cassidy, Kyle, Adalyn, Ari, Delilah, Landon; and five great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Sheldon Shatz in 2006.
