Seneca Falls - Anthony C. "Spike" Maloney, 80, of Bridge St., Seneca Falls, NY, died Sunday (June 14, 2015) at Strong Memorial Hospital, Rochester, NY. Family and friends may call at the Doran Funeral Home, 4 E. Bayard St., Seneca Falls, NY on Thursday (June 18) from 4 to 6 PM followed by a funeral service at 6 PM at the funeral home with Reverend James Fennessy, Pastor of St. Patrick's Church, Seneca Falls, officiating. Burial, with full military honors, will be in Sampson Veterans Cemetery, Romulus, NY, at the convenience of the family. If desired, contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice. "Spike" was born in Seneca Falls, NY on March 5, 1935 the son of the late Thomas & Carmella Marrapese Maloney. He was a life resident of Seneca Falls and was a U.S. Army veteran during the Korean War. He was a graduate of Cayuga County College where he earned his Associate's Degree. He was retired from the Seneca Army Depot where he was a Quality Assurance Inspector. He was a member of St. Patrick's Church, Seneca Falls, the Kirk-Casey Post #366 American Legion, Seneca Falls, the S.M.S. of Seneca Falls, the Seneca Falls Elks Lodge #992 and Trout Unlimited. He was an avid Fly Fisherman.
