Seneca Falls: Arlene M. Giovannini passed away on Tuesday, May 25th, 2021 with her loving family by
her side. Calling Hours will be held on Tuesday, June 1st from 11AM-1PM at Doran Funeral Home, 4 East
Bayard St., Seneca Falls, NY. Those who have been vaccinated from COVID-19 are welcome to attend
without a mask; all others are asked to please wear a mask.
A Funeral Mass will follow at 2PM at St. Patrick's Church, 97 W. Bayard St., Seneca Falls. Interment at St.
Columbkille Cemetery.
Arlene was born May 12, 1932, in Canandaigua, NY, the daughter of the late John and Susie (Gucciardo)
Rossolo. On August 28, 1954 she married Victor Giovannini, and they shared 45 wonderful years of
marriage until his passing in 1999. Arlene was employed by Seneca Falls Hospital, Taylor Brown
Memorial, and Geneva General as Lab Manager for more than 30 years. She was an avid NY Yankees
and SU Basketball fan. She enjoyed reading, antiquing, playing bridge and bocce, and attending her
monthly Fertile Myrtle Club gatherings. Arlene also took much pride in her family and their
accomplishments; her children and grandchildren meant everything to her.
She is survived by her children, Steven (Victoria Morgan) Giovannini, Sheila (Leonard DeRenzo)
Giovannini, Brenda Moskal (Mike Combs), Mark (Amy) Giovannini; son-in-law, Butch Moskal, seven
grandchildren, Lauren, Lisa Kate, Scott, Taylor, Abigail, Beau, and Ely; great-grandsons, Mason, Leo, and
Jack; brother, Ronald (Debbie) Rossolo, sisters-in-law, Joan Westfall and Elisa Faiola, as well as many
extended family and friends. In addition to her parents and husband, she is predeceased by a brother,
John Rossolo, as well as numerous brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.

13148 or to the Pathway Home, 1529 Mound Rd., Seneca Falls, NY, or to a charity of your choice.
