Seneca Falls - Charlotte B. Ghaly, 70, of Oxford Place, Seneca Falls, NY, died Sunday (November 17, 2013) at Geneva General Hospital, Geneva, NY. Charlotte was born in Sumter, S.C. on October 16, 1943 the daughter of the late Charles & Jeanette Lee Coburn. She had resided in Seneca Falls since 2001, moving here with her husband from Queens, NY. She was very active with and dedicated to the Seneca Falls Library. She was an avid gardener and cook and active in many environmental issues over the years. She was an amazing woman who always put others before herself. She is survived by: Her husband, Said Ghaly of Seneca Falls, whom she married on June 26, 1970 2 daughters - Jennifer (Benny) Cintron - Seneca Falls, NY Christina (Kemar "Rick" Wilson) Ghaly-Wilson - El Cajon, California Her 2 beloved grandsons - Devon Wilson & Julian Cintron Her step-mother - Mignon Coburn - Florida Family and friends may attend a celebration of Charlotte's Life on Saturday (November 23) from 3 to 6 PM at Seneca Falls Library, 47 Cayuga St., Seneca Falls, NY 13148.
