Seneca Falls - Charlotte L. Hoover, 50, of Marsh Rd., Seneca Falls, NY, passed away on Sunday (July 2, 2017 at her residence. Family and friends may call at the Doran Funeral Home, 4 E. Bayard St, Seneca Falls, NY on Friday (July 7) from 4 to 7 PM. Funeral services and burial will be at the convenience of the family. Genesee St., Syracuse, NY 13202 Charlotte was born in Geneva, NY on November 26, 1966 the daughter of the late William & Jean Champion Grant. She had resided in Seneca Falls since 1987, previously living in Romulus, NY. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Services from Empire State College. She was employed by S.U.N.Y. at Buffalo where she traveled throughout the state teaching a curriculum on Child Protection Services at various locations. Charlotte loved to cook and was good at it. She loved to organize and cook for a family gathering, which she herself, put together. She could do anything a man could do, only, that she could do it better. Working in Child Protection Agencies, Charlotte was able to preserve the lives of many children. She is survived by: Her husband, Michael J. Hoover of Seneca Falls, whom she married on December 14,1991. 2 daughters - Ashley(Scott Fontanelli) Hoover - Florida Victoria (James Hansen) Hoover - Seneca Falls, NY 1 son - Brandyn Hoover - Seneca Falls, NY 3 grandchildren - Eathyn Fasciana, Keegan Gilroy, & Joseph Fontanelli 3 brothers - William (Cathy) Grant Jr. - Penn Yan, NY Samuel Grant - Kentucky Donald Depew - Pennsylvania Many nieces and nephews In addition to her parents, Charlotte was predeceased by her brother, Blake Grant.
