Town of Fayette - Christopher P. Scalzo, 40, of County Road 124, Town of Fayette, NY, passed away on August 15, 2018. Funeral services and burial will be at the convenience of the family. There will be no prior calling hours. If desired, contributions may be made to Mark Scalzo Foundation, 2413 County Road 124, and Seneca Falls, NY 13148. Christopher was born in Syracuse, NY on July 5, 1978 the son of Dana P. & Mary Vallone Scalzo. He was a graduate of Mynderse Academy, Seneca Falls. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Science from the University of Montana at Missoula, Montana. He, also, was a graduate of Ranger School in Wanakenna, NY. He had resided most of his life in Seneca Falls and had spent 7 years living in Missoula, Montana. He had owned and operated CPS Landscaping in the Seneca Falls area. Christopher was a licensed Falconer. He loved to fish, hunt, rock & ice climb. He was very much an outdoorsman. He is survived by: His parents, Dana & Mary Vallone Scalzo - Town of Fayette, NY His brother - Dana (Lorie) Scalzo & their 2 children, Jaden & Gianna - Farmington, NY His aunt - Cathy (Gerald) Egerbrecht - Syracuse, NY His uncles - Joseph (Phyllis) Karam - Newburgh, NY Thomas Vallone - Frankfort, NY Anthony Vallone - Syracuse, NY Matthew (Mary) Scalzo - Ohio Several cousins He was predeceased by his brother, Mark Scalzo who died August 22, 1992 Arrangements are under the direction of Doran Funeral Home, Seneca Falls, NY.
