Frances S (Sinicropi) Lorenzetti

Seneca Falls: Frances S. Lorenzetti, 95, of 14 Barker Street, Seneca Falls, NY, passed away peacefully on Monday morning July 5, 2021 at home surrounded by her loving family.

Friends may call at Doran Funeral Home, 4 East Bayard Street in Seneca Falls, on Thursday July 8, 2021 from 4pm until 8pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Patrick's Church on Friday afternoon July 9, 2021 at 2pm. Interment to follow at St. Columbkille Cemetery.

Frances was born on December 7, 1925 in Auburn NY the daughter of Salvatore and Maria (Cafaro) Sinicropi. She married her love and life partner Carlo L Lorenzetti, Sr.
on January 24, 1948.

She graduated from Mynderse Academy as a member of the Class of 1943 and was the committee chairperson for their Class Reunions for 75 years. After her children were all in school, she went to work at Goulds Pumps where she worked in the accounting department until her retirement. During her lifetime, Frances was a member of the Rumseyville, SMS and K of C Auxiliaries, a member of the St. Patrick's Guild and Altar Society and also taught religious education at St. Patrick's. She was the leader of the group that established the Mynderse Academy Alumni Association, which was instrumental in creating the Mynderse Academy Athletic Hall of Fame.

She is survived by her sons, Carlo Jr. (Patti), Joseph (Laurie), John (Cindy), and James (Jill); daughters, Mary, and JoAnn (Charlie) Barbay; 11 grandsons: Eric (Angie), Joshua (Sarah), Joseph (Meghan), Darin (Carrie), Zachary, Luke (Jessica), Charlie (Katye), Nicholas, Michael, Carlo, and Sam; 9 granddaughters, Katrina, Denise, Amy (Michael Barg), Angela, Carla, Lara, Marissa (Alex Baskervill), Maria (Adam Sanderson), and Kelly; 19 great-grandchildren; two brothers-in-law, Joseph (Jiggs) Petrucci and Louis Lorenzetti; two sisters-in-law, Anna Marie Wilkes and Mary Ann Sinicropi; several nieces & nephews and countless relatives and close friends.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Carlo who died on May 21, 2004 and her son Dennis Sam who died June 26, 1976; her sister Jennie Petrucci; brothers, Anthony (Mary) and John (Esther); sisters-in-law, Gena (Harry) Kabat, Sylvia (Bruno) Moio, and Noreen Lorenzetti; brothers-in-law, Rudolph DeMillo and Louis Wilkes.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory can be made to St. Patrick's Church in Seneca Falls.
