Seneca Falls - Frank A. DeJohn II, 83, of Stanton Meadows Apartments, Seneca Falls, NY, passed away on Wednesday (February 1, 2017) at Seneca Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Waterloo, NY. Family and friends may attend Frank's Memorial Service on Saturday (February 11) at 10 AM at Doran Funeral Home, 4 E. Bayard St., Seneca Falls, with Reverend James Fennessy, Pastor of St. Patrick's Church, Seneca Falls, officiating. Burial will follow in St. Columbkille Cemetery, Seneca Falls. There will be no prior calling hours. If desired, contributions may be made to Beverly Animal Shelter, River Road, Waterloo, NY 13165. Frank was born in Lyons, NY on August 2, 1933 the son of the late Frank & Jenny Wolcott DeJohn. He had served in the U.S Army during the Korean War and was retired from the former Sylvania Inc. of Seneca Falls. He was a member of St. Patrick's Church, Seneca Falls. Frank love to garden along side his son, Bill. He is survived by: 2 daughters - Cathy Uerkvitz - Waterloo, NY Patricia (Richard Jr.) Nash - Auburn, NY 1 son - William (Terri) DeJohn - Seneca Falls, NY 16 grandchildren & several great grandchildren 2 sisters - Ann Giese - Seneca Falls, NY Dolores Church - Clyde, NY 1 step-son - Dale Dyson - Town of Junius, NY Several nieces and nephews In addition to his parents, Frank was predeceased by his wife, Janice DeJohn who died August 3, 2012, his son, Frank DeJohn III who died August 6, 1986, his great granddaughter, Erikah DeJohn who died October 12, 2001, & his step-son, Thomas Dyson who died September 7, 2002, his sisters, Flora Quagliata, Almeda Quagliata, Mary Grace Cator, & Thelma Vitticore.
