Wolcott, NY - Jace Kaghan Northrup, 2, of Salter-Colvin Rd., Wolcott, NY, died, unexpectedly, on Monday (April 28, 2014) at Newark-Wayne Hospital, Newark, NY. Family and friends may call at the Doran Funeral Home, 4 E. Bayard St., Seneca Falls, NY on Saturday (May 3) from 10 AM to 12 Noon, followed by a funeral service at 12 Noon at the funeral home with Reverend Joseph McCaffrey, Pastor of St. Mary Magdalene Church, Wolcott, NY, officiating. Burial will be in Rose Cemetery, Town of Rose, NY. Jace Kaghan Northrup was born on January 12, 2012. Our "Love Bug" is survived by his parents Gregory and Tonya Northrup. He has 3 siblings Nicklas Brock Northrup, Robert (Krystal) DeBout, Barbara (Eddie) DeBout. Jace is also survived by Maternal Grandparents Robin (Harry) Thomas, Terry (Christina) Quinn, & Paternal Grandmother, Deborah (Kenneth) Doucet. Jace was predeceased by Maternal Great Grandparents, William (Margaret) Quinn, Victor (Mildred) Dring, Joan Maybe and Wayne Dunlap. Paternal Great Grandparents Charles (Birdinia) DeGroat., and Uncle Terry J Quinn Jr. Jace also has 15 Aunts and 5 Uncles and many, many cousins. Jace was a young uncle to Damein, Maysn, Quityn, Conor, Kloe, and Kendyl whom he loved to play and wrestle with. Jace's absolute favorite thing to do was to play outside with his daddy! Jace was such a jokester and would tell everyone that was "his" tractor. Jace loved to play "monster" with his brother Nicklas and tease him so much! Nighttime was mommy's time. Cuddles, kisses, and prayers. Jace would not go to sleep until prayers were said every night. My "love bug" would nestle in Mommy's chest with his Ba-Ba n Blankey, say Night-Night MaMa and fall fast asleep like a little angel on my chest. Jace will be sadly missed by so many!
