Waterloo - Jacelynne K. Young, 14 months, of Elizabeth St., Waterloo, NY, died, unexpectedly, Wednesday (November 25, 2015) at Geneva General Hospital, Geneva, NY. Family and friends may attend Jacelynne's funeral service on Tuesday (December 1) at 6 PM at Doran Funeral Home, 4 E. Bayard St., Seneca Falls, NY. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. There will be no prior calling hours. Jacelynne was born in Newark, NY on September 3, 2014 the daughter of Barbara Debout & Edward Young. She loved to dance and patty cake and was a real daddy's girl. She, also, at 14 months, could handle her brothers.
