Seneca Falls - Joyce E. Maloney, 79 of Bridge St., Seneca Falls, NY, died Sunday (January 10, 2016) at Geneva General Hospital, Geneva, NY. Family and friends may call at the Doran Funeral Home, 4 E. Bayard St., Seneca Falls on Thursday (January 14) from 5 to 7 PM followed by a funeral service at 7 PM at the funeral home with Reverend James Fennessy, Pastor of St. Patrick's Church, Seneca Falls, officiating. Burial will be in Sampson Veterans Cemetery, Town of Romulus, NY at the convenience of the family. If desired, contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice. Joyce was born in Seneca Falls on September 13, 1936 the daughter of the late Dino & Josephine Lopez Morganti. She was a life resident of Seneca Falls and a member of St. Patrick's Church, Seneca Falls. Joyce was an avid bowler and bowling league member. She was a huge New York Yankee fan and was an all round sports enthusiast. Most of all, Joyce loved her family times and entertaining both her family and friends. It is known that Joyce would drive far and wide to buy, what she heard, was good sweet corn. She is survived by: 1 daughter - Barbara (Joseph) Judge = Granville, NY 2 sons - Steven Maloney and his wife, Elizabeth Ognibene - Niskayuna, NY Dennis (Lauri) Maloney - Townsend, MA. 6 grandchildren - Amanda & Nicole Judge, Lucas & Evan Maloney, Thomas and Adam Maloney 1 sister - Elaine Juffs - Burbank, CA. Several nieces and nephews In addition to her parents, Joyce was predeceased by her husband, Anthony "Spike" Maloney who died June 14, 2015.
