Family and friends may call at the Doran Funeral Home, 30 Center St., Waterloo, NY on Thursday (May 25) from 3 PM to 6 PM. Julia's Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday (May 26) at 10 AM at St. Mary's Church, 25 Center St., Waterloo, NY with Reverend James Fennessy, Pastor, as celebrant. Julia was born in Seneca Falls, NY on March 16, 1922 the daughter of the late John & Margaret Cox Urwin. She had resided in N. Merrick, NY for 7 years, moving there from Waterloo, NY. She was a member of St. Mary's Church, Waterloo. She had been active with her husband in the Seneca Falls Elks Lodge #992 & the Warner-VanRiper Post #435 American Legion of Seneca Falls. She is survived by: Her son, Richard (Elizabeth) Montenes - N.
