Bayard St., Seneca Falls, NY on Thursday (May 14) from 6 to 7 PM followed by a funeral service at 7 PM at the funeral home with Reverend Sue Hadley, Pastor of First United Methodist Church, Seneca Falls, NY. Burial will be in Springbrook Cemetery, Seneca Falls, NY at the convenience of the family. If desired, contributions may be made to Seneca/Cayuga A.R.C., 1083 Waterloo-Geneva Rd., Waterloo, NY 13165. Karen was born in Waterloo, NY on November 16, 1961 the daughter of Donald & Constance Kinney Peterson. Karen had been involved in many of the Seneca/Cayuga programs over the years but what were special to her were the annual Special Olympics. She is survived by: Her mother, Constance "Connie" Peterson of Seneca Falls, NY 2 brothers - Charles "Chuck" Peterson - Seneca Falls, NY Steven (Heidi) Peterson - Seneca Falls, NY 1 sister - Kim Peterson - Seneca Falls, NY 2 nieces - Amanda & Catrina Peterson 1 nephew - Joseph Peterson and his children, Jordan & Carter Peterson Several aunts and uncles Karen was predeceased by her father, Donald Peterson who died April 30, 1987.
