Seneca Falls - Loretta A. Howe, 69, of Clinton St. Seneca Falls, N.Y., passed away Thursday, (April 11, 2013) at her residence. Family and friends may call at the Doran Funeral Home, 4 E. Bayard St., Seneca Falls, on Wednesday (April 17) from 4PM - 7PM. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, (April 18) at 9:15 a.m. at the funeral home and at 10:00 a.m. at St. Patrick's Church, Seneca Falls, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Reverend James Fennessy, Pastor. Burial will follow at St. Columbkille Cemetery, Seneca Falls. If desired, contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice. Loretta was born in Seneca Falls, N.Y. on January 14, 1944, the daughter of the late Patrick & Lauretta Mogavero Annetta. Loretta resided in Seneca Falls most of her life. In her early years, she was employed by Gould's Pumps, The Seneca Army Depot & with The Department of Army at the Pentagon. She retired from the Social Security Hearings & Appeals in Syracuse. She was a member of St. Patrick's Church and The Woman's Hall of Fame. Loretta enjoyed working crossword puzzles. She was an avid reader and loved being with her family. She also had her own business making homemade cookies out of her home. She is survived by: Her husband of 48 years, Jerome Howe, Seneca Falls, NY 2 - Sons: Jerome Howe Jr., Seneca Falls, NY Steven Howe, Cicero, NY 1 - Daughter: Mary Ann (William) Colvin, Seneca Falls, NY 1 - Brother: Michael (Valerie) Annetta, Lady Lake, FLA 3 - Sisters: Maryann (John) Sinicropi, West Palm Beach, FLA Nancy (Charles) Stahl, Seneca Falls, NY Patricia Annetta, Palm Beach, FLA 2 - Grandchildren: Jeremy Howe; Jerome Howe III Several Nieces & Nephews Please visit our website: doranfuneralhome.com
