Mary Jane (Holland) Toni

Seneca Falls - Mary Jane Toni, 78 of Chestnut St., Seneca Falls, NY, died Sunday (January 24, 2016) at Huntington Living Center, Waterloo, NY with her family at her side. Family and friends may attend Mary Jane's Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday (January 30) at 11 AM at St. Patrick's Church, Seneca Falls with Reverend James Fennessy, Pastor, as celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Columbkille Cemetery, Seneca Falls. There will be no prior calling hours. If desired, contributions may be made to Beverly Animal Shelter, River Road, Waterloo, NY 13165 or to the Alzheimer's Association, Rochester & Finger Lakes Region, 435 Henrietta Road, Rochester, NY 14620. Mary Jane was born in Seneca Falls, NY on March 4, 1937 the daughter of the late Timothy & Wilhelmina Kinnetz Holland. She was a life resident of Seneca Falls and was a 1954 graduate of Mynderse Academy. She had been employed by the former AAA Auto Club of Seneca Falls and the Waterloo Wal-Mart. She was a member of St. Patrick's Church, Seneca Falls and a charter member of the N.Y.S. 600 bowling club. She played Bocce at the S.M.S and the Rumseyville Sportsman's Club, both of Seneca Falls. She was a member of a Bocce team that twice won the World Series of Bocce in Rome, NY. Mary Jane did enjoy her travels to the casino and playing a game of cards with family and or friends. She also enjoyed spoiling all of her grandchildren. She is survived by: 2 daughters - Dianne (Fredrick) McIntyre - Seneca Falls, NY Luann Toni - Denver, Colorado 1 son - Eric "Rick" Toni - Russell, PA. 4 grandchildren - Derrick (Sonali Wijesuriya) McIntyre, Britteny (Theodore Cotter) McIntyre, Brandon McIntyre, & Eden Maddox 1 sister - LouAnn (Lewis) Millis - Seneca Falls, NY Several nieces and nephews In addition to her parents, Mary Jane was predeceased by her husband, James "Tuna" Toni who died December 21, 2015 and her son James Edward "JimJim" Toni who died March 2, 2008.
