Mary Ann (Caratozzolo) Archer

Seneca Falls: Mary Ann Archer, 68, of Seneca Falls, passed away on Wednesday, October 20th, 2021 at Huntington Living Center, with her family by her side. Visitation will be Sunday, October 24th, 2021 from 2-4PM at Doran Funeral Home, 4 East Bayard St., Seneca Falls. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, October 25th at 11AM at St. Patrick's Church, 97 West Bayard St., Seneca Falls. Interment to follow at St. Columbkille Cemetery. Mary Ann was born in Seneca Falls, the daughter of Constance (Spano) and the late Frank Caratozzolo. She was a lifelong resident of Seneca Falls and graduated from Mynderse Academy. She was married to the late Richard Archer, and the couple's time together was cut short due Richard's passing in 1993. She found pleasure in the simple things in life. Whether spending time with her two sons, or her three grandkids, family was everything to her. She worked as a cook at Connie's diner for over 30 years and was also in the Seneca Falls Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary. Mary Ann had strong faith and was a lifelong member at St. Patrick's Church.

Mary Ann is survived by her mother, Constance; two sons, Lewis (Allison) and Paul Archer; three grandchildren, Dylan, Addison, and Richard "RJ" Archer; four brothers, Frank (Donna), Joseph, Paul (Elizabeth), and Carmen (Gloria) Caratozzolo; sister-in-law, Patty Archer, as well as many extended family and friends. In addition to her husband, Richard, and father, Frank, she is predeceased by a sister-in-law, JoAnn Caratozzolo.
