Family and friends may call at Doran Funeral Home, Friday, (August 24, 2018) 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM with a funeral service at 12:00 PM with Father James Fennessy, Pastor of St. Patrick's Church, Seneca Falls, officiating. Contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice. Phillip was born in Geneva, NY on December 16, 1981, the son of Wesley Luffman and Gloria Ignazzitto Luffman. He was currently attending Cayuga Community College and enrolled in their work study program, where he was studying engineering. He resided most of his life in Seneca Falls, NY, and moved to Auburn 3 years ago. He was a member of St. Patrick's Church, Seneca Falls. Phillip enjoyed fishing, deer hunting, and the demolition derby. The NY Giants was his favorite football team. He enjoyed spending time with his children and family.
