Seneca Falls - Richard D. Howington, 49 of Seneca Road, Seneca Falls, NY, passed away on Wednesday (March 29, 2017) at Geneva General Hospital, Geneva, NY. There will be a celebration of Richard's life on Saturday (April 8, 2017) at the Waterloo V.F.W., 29 Elisha St., Waterloo, NY from 1 to 4 PM. There will be no prior calling hours. Richard was born in Syracuse, NY on August 6, 1967 the son of Isaac & Charlotte Moore Howington. He was a graduate Phoenix Central High School, Phoenix, NY. He had resided in Seneca Falls for the last 3 and a half years, moving from Pennellville, NY. He had been employed by the Phoenix Central Schools in the custodial department. Richard loved to fish anywhere he could. He loved to draw and to spend time with family. He had coached Pop Warner Football and Community Service Basketball in Phoenix, NY. He is survived by: His wife, Tammy Rhinehart Howington of Seneca Falls, NY 1 son - Richard D.
