Robert F. Anderson, 89, of Waterloo, died on Thursday, October 15th, 2026, with his family at his side. A private graveside service, with full military honors, will be held at his family’s convenience, where he will be buried with his parents in Lynn, MA.

Bob was born in Brooklyn, NY, only son of the late Clifford and Helen (Ramstel) Anderson. He joined the US Army immediately after high school, where he spent 30 years, and retired from the Seneca Army Depot as Sergeant Major.

Bob is survived by his wife of 67 years, Francis; 3 sons, Robert C. (Sue), Michael (Cathy), and Daniel (Nicole) Anderson; grandchildren, Sean, Taylor, Max, and Jack; great granddaughter, Adelaide.
