Samantha Jane (Neinast) Picchi

Waterloo - Samantha Jane Neinast Picchi, 30 of Fayette St, Waterloo, NY, passed away Tuesday (September 13, 2016) at Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital, Sayre, PA. surrounded by her loved ones. Family and friends may call at the Doran Funeral Home, 4 E. Bayard St, Seneca Falls, NY on Sunday (September 18) from 12 Noon to 2 PM followed by a funeral service at 2 PM with Reverend Michael Drevitch officiating. Burial will be in Springbrook Cemetery, Seneca Falls, at the convenience of the family. Samantha was born in Geneva, NY on May 14, 1986 the daughter of David & Bonnie Scowcroft Neinast. She was a life long resident of the Waterloo-Seneca Falls area. Samantha enjoyed singing, volleyball, & fishing. She also was gifted in writing poetry. Whether it was a serious subject, or just a little something to make you smile, she was able to touch your heart through her words. The one and most important creation that Samantha took the greatest pride in was her daughter Cienna. Cienna was the light of her life. She always made sure that Cienna knew how much she loved her. This notation of love also spilled over to her 16 nieces & nephews. All of them loved their "Aunt Sammy", "Mimi", & "SJ". Most often, Samantha's gift of her time to help others made everyone feel special. With Samantha's love of helping those in need, her final gift was the gift of life to 3 individuals. Through her own selflessness, she made their lives livable again through the donation of her organs. She is survived by: 1 daughter - Cienna Picchi - Seneca Falls, NY Her father, David Neinast - Waterloo, NY Her fiancé - Jessica Muller - Waterloo, NY 5 sisters - Nadine (Donnie Stilwell) Neinast - Waterloo, NY Meredith (Rudy Calabrese) Neinast - Waterloo, NY Crystal (Dan Johnson) Knight - Waterloo, NY Victoria (Robert) Krebbs - Seneca Falls, NY Stacey (Dennis) Felice - Waterloo, NY 1 brother - Michael (Jennifer) Neinast - Waterloo, NY Her nieces and nephews: Brianna, Andrew & Owen Palmer, Alexandria Neinast, Dominic & Natalia Calabrese, Jessie Sargent, Zachary & Danielle Neinast, Collin Knight, Michael LaJoy, Alyvia & Gabrielle Krebbs, Jordan, Damon, & Orazio Felice.
