Seneca Falls - Teresa V. Petrosino, 89, of E. Bayard St., Seneca Falls, NY, died Thursday (October 1, 2015) at her residence. Family and friends may call at the Doran Funeral Home, 4 E. Bayard St., Seneca Falls, on Sunday (October 4) from 2 - 5 PM. Funeral services will be held on Monday (October 5) at 9:15 AM at the funeral home and at 10 AM at St. Patrick's Church, Seneca Falls, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Reverend James Fennessy, Pastor. Entombment will follow in St. John's Cemetery, Clyde, NY. If desired, contributions may be made to St. Patrick's Church, 25 Center St., Waterloo, NY 13165 or Seneca Falls Library, 47 Cayuga St., Seneca Falls, NY 13148. Teresa was born in Seneca Falls, NY on November 20, 1925 the daughter of the late Paul & Assunta Costantino Torchinelli. She was a life resident of Seneca Falls and was retired from Community Bank of Seneca Falls with over 25 years of service. She was a member of St. Patrick's Church of Seneca Falls. Teresa was an avid reader, enjoyed crocheting, and loved to put jigsaw puzzles together. Most of all, Teresa enjoyed her time with family and her friends. She is survived by: 2 daughters - Emmy (Denny) Marino - Seneca Falls, NY Suzi Trible - Seneca Falls, NY 1 son - Fred (Jo Ann) Petrosino - Rochester, NY 6 grandchildren - Melissa (John II) Nesbit, Christopher (Linda) Petrosino, Aaron Petrosino, & Joseph (Tricia) Petrosino, Chyna Trible, & Charlie (Lauren Arnone) Trible. 5 great grandchildren - Macy Nesbit, John Nesbit III, Ryan, Ben, & Katie Petrosino. 1 Sister-in-law & brother-in-law - Nicholas (Dorothy) DiLeo - Clyde, NY Several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Teresa was predeceased by her husband, Fred L. Petrosino who died September 30, 2012, 2 sisters, Virginia Russo and Filomena Torchinelli, & 1 brother, Guy Torchinelli.
