Thomas M. Steele

Thomas M. Steele, 70, of Seneca Falls, passed away at Geneva Living Center South on Sunday, March 17th, 2024, with his family by his side. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, April 6th at 1 pm, at Ciccino's, 22 E. Main St., Waterloo.

Tom was born in Geneva, NY, the son of the late Lawrence and Vena (Leonare) Steele. He was a lifelong resident of the Finger Lakes, moving to Seneca Falls in 2006. He was a hard worker who worked construction for many years until an injury forced him to retire. He enjoyed spending his free time outdoors, including fishing and in the Summer, he could be found around the family pool in his backyard with a cold beer in his hands.

Tom is survived by his children, Shannon, Thomas, Daniel, Jackie, Robert, Matthew (Alyssa) Steele, Jordan Delacruz; 11 grandchildren; brother, Ron (Carol) Steele; and extended family. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Sally, in 2018.
