Vincent (Vincenzo) D'Angio died on August 11, 2022 at the age of 91 years, at his home with his loving family by his side.
Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family with burial next to his beloved wife (Maria D'Angio) who passed away on October 5, 2020.
Vincent was born in Pignataro Maggiore, Italy, son of the late Vincenzo D'Angio and Antonietta Cammuso.
Vincent came to the United States at 27 years old on September 24, 1958, first living in Swissvale, PA, then moving to Seneca Falls in 1960. He became a US citizen on December 3, 1962.
He worked at GTE Sylvania and then went to Seneca Knitting Mill for 35 years retiring in 1997. He was a member of St. Patrick's Church.
Vincent was a hard worker all of his life, always putting other's needs in front of his own. He loved to be outdoors and he enjoyed working in his bountiful vegetable garden and attending to his many grape vines. He loved eating good food with a glass of his homemade wine. He also loved hunting in his earlier years.
He is survived by his daughter, Antoinette (Jim) Larson, son Enzo D'Angio, grandchildren Jimmy, Joey, Amanda (Alan), and Vinnie (Karina), his great grandchildren Michael, Colton, and Sienna, his sister Anna Martello and several nieces and nephews in Italy.
He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Maria, to whom he was married for 63 years. In addition to his wife and parents, he was also predeceased by an infant daughter Antonietta, and sisters Giovannina Feola and Rosa Rivezzi.
