Waterloo - William T. Fletcher, 81, of Marshall Rd., Waterloo, NY, passed away on Sunday (May 7, 2017) at Huntington Living Center, Waterloo, NY. Funeral services and burial will be at the convenience of the family. There will be no prior calling hours. If desired, contributions may be made to Beverly Animal Shelter, River Road, Waterloo, NY. Bill was born in Geneva, NY on December 16, 1935 the son of the late George & Georgia McMillen Fletcher. He was retired from International Union of Operative Engineers, Syracuse, NY. He had also worked for Doyle Ford Garage, Gordon Motor Parts, both of Geneva, NY & Bero Construction, Waterloo, NY. Bill was a "Mr. Fixit" who loved buying at auctions to bring the item home to make it work once again. He enjoyed NASCAR and was proud to say that he was a true believer in Ford products.
