Fayette: Passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, March 30th, 2021. As was his request, services will be private, held at the convenience of the family.
Born June 11, 1968 in Brooklyn, NY, the son of the late Joseph and Jean (Marrone) Rosa. After relocating to Fayette, Joe worked for years with the Waterloo Central School District, and most recently, Del Lago Casino. He enjoyed playing fantasy football, was a big fan of the NY Jets, and enjoyed conversing with those around him. He was a very easy person to talk to.
Survived by his daughter, Dannielle ("Boo") Barbay; brother, Jamie Rosa; grandson, Jack Joseph Barbay; nephew, Jayden Rosa; heterosexual life partner and most special friend, Kyle Babcock. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his beloved wife, Dawn.
